3rd/4th Class work - Monday March 1st

28th Feb 2021

Hi everyone,

Can you believe it's March already? The past couple of months have flown by and hopefully it is not long until we are back in our classroom.

This week may feel a bit strange in some households - some children are returning to school and other, older siblings are not. I'm conscious that some children may feel a bit disheartened seeing their siblings return to the classroom and so I'm going to do two Zoom calls this week, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday. My intention is to keep the children as motivated and engaged as possible so that we can hit the ground running on March 15th, all going well.

I would ask that everybody engages with me on seesaw, as much as possible, over the coming two weeks. Many children are already doing so and have been receiving daily feedback on their work. This is so important in helping to keep them motivated and focused. If your child is not regularly posting their work on seesaw, I would ask that a special effort is made over the coming fortnight to do so.

Ms. Corbett
