Thanks to our caretaker, Harry and a kind donation of flowers from Dave Tegerdine, we waited out our wet and stormy Friday by putting our green fingers to work, in the Infant classroom.
Before we began we befriended an inquisitive caterpillar who came to investigate our gardening.
We filled up our window boxes with rich compost before each child got to re-pot our beautiful flowers in the window boxes. Then Harry, with help from some trusty seniors, brought all our window boxes out to the front of the school for all to admire.
