Dear Parents/Guardians,
It is a very exciting time for our new Junior Infants as they embark on their primary school journey! We're really looking forward to welcoming you all to Golden National School!
The schedule for Junior Infants during the initial weeks of September is outlined below:
- 09:00 - 12:00 p.m. (Monday, 31st August)
- 09:30 – 12:30 p.m. (Tuesday, 01st September to Wednesday, 16th September inclusive)
- 09:30 - 14.10 p.m. (Thursday, 17th September onwards)
Please note:
Parents/Guardians are asked to carry their child's bag into the classroom on the first morning for sake of ease. In adhering to restrictions, please limit the amount of adults in the classroom to five persons (including class teacher & SNA) at any given time during this period on the first morning only.
Once inside, it would be helpful if parents/guardians could put their books in an allocated 'magazine file' (on the right hand side as you enter). This file will have your child's name and/or picture attached.
If possible, parents/guardians of Junior Infants are asked to send a picture of their child to our school email goldenns@yahoo.ie by Monday, 24th August.
