5th and 6th had a great first lesson with Tommy from Music Generation. We played rhythm games and used a Djembe drum, as well as learning about the correct way to play. What a fun, high energy way to start our day!

The kids are continuing to enjoy their lessons, getting confident on the djembe while also experimenting with shakers and castanets. Even after a few weeks’ practice their rhythm is improving while confidence performing and composing is growing each week.
