The boys and girls of Junior and Senior Infants have been having a great time learning about gymnastics. Gymnastics in our class involves learning different ways of travelling, making shapes with our bodies, creating simple sequences and practicing building the skills we need to later learn how to do rolls.
We're having a really fun time and we're also getting to explore this more through our Yoga classes with Maggie every Tuesday.
We also had a visit from Tomás, a Gymnastics/PE facilitator visit our school for a fun day of gymnastic workshops with each class.
