With such a bright and sunny morning, we decided to set off on a nature walk around our school grounds to see how much Spring had sprung up! 🌼 We weren’t disappointed!
We spotted beautiful flowers such as daffodils, crocuses and snowdrops. We also had an opportunity to get up close and look at all the beginnings of new leaves on the trees buds as buds sprouted on every deciduous branch. It was nice to spot the evergreen holly too which we remembered stays green and bright all year round.
Some eagle eyed children spotted nests and we learned a little more about eggs hatching and baby birds hatching this time of year too!
