In order to learn more about gymnastics, we invited Tomás, a gymnastics facilitator to our school to do fun gymnastics workshops with every class.
Each class had a great time, expanding their knowledge of gymnastics, learning new sequences, rolls, ways of travelling and fine-tuning our fundamental movement skills.
Tomás was also teaching us about the Move Well, Move Often programme which promotes the development of fundamental movement skills in primary aged children.
