This week we moved from throwing and catching beanbags to ball handling skills.
We practiced passing the ball around our waists and legs. We also practised rolling towards a target and catching before moving on to rolling and catching in pairs.
After this we practised rolling the ball with our hands and catching it with a partner.
we also promised throwing and catching and bouncing and catching.
