In Geography this week, the children in 1st and 2nd learned about the concept of aerial views/ birds eye view. We had great fun imagining we were birds and discussing all that we would see if we flew over our school and the surrounding area. In pairs, the children had the task of creating an aerial view of our classroom using only paper and scissors. Here are some samples of what they came up with! Pretty impressive and accurate interpretations of our classroom layout. Well done boys and girls!
